We are happy to offer a 14 day return policy.Prescription glasses or any glasses customised with prescription lenses are not eligible for a return or refund. We will only refund a maximum of 2 pairs per order.
You can kick-off a return by sending us an email at email@example.com and informing us of the reason for the return. You will have to arrange shipment or courier for the return, and we will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred.
It is important that glasses are returned to us in original packaging with all accompanying materials, and in their original condition.
For UAE returns, we can arrange a return pick up for an AED 20 shipment fee, deducted from the refund amount.
